本案位于【合肥-廣視花園】，是154㎡的三室兩廳項(xiàng)目。從戶型本身出發(fā)，立足于業(yè)主的需求，最終打造出一個(gè)溫馨大方的詩(shī)意雅居。

①原始戶型玄關(guān)狹窄，調(diào)整南次臥墻體與門洞，做了嵌入式玄關(guān)柜，滿足進(jìn)門收納。

②整個(gè)陽(yáng)臺(tái)原本從客廳到主臥都是連通的，設(shè)計(jì)之后劃分出四個(gè)功能區(qū)，滿足洗衣、休閑、養(yǎng)花和辦公功能。

③北陽(yáng)臺(tái)并入餐廚，擴(kuò)充使用空間，增設(shè)西廚功能。

④由于空間格局比較固定，在此基礎(chǔ)上保留三室，并在主臥打造出獨(dú)立書房，滿足男業(yè)主的工作需求。

形式追隨功能

相同戶型，也可以有無(wú)數(shù)種設(shè)計(jì)方案，其中最能打動(dòng)居者的，一定是能完全滿足他的生活需求和喜好，以及在風(fēng)格、細(xì)節(jié)上所呈現(xiàn)的小驚喜。

結(jié)合生活需求與審美素養(yǎng)，于背景墻打造半懸空收納柜，嵌入電視機(jī)、設(shè)計(jì)隱形門，空間和諧度更高。

生活不只有詩(shī)和遠(yuǎn)方，還有身邊的一草一木。戶型中最亮眼的15m超大陽(yáng)臺(tái)經(jīng)過合理分配，設(shè)計(jì)出洗衣房、花池、休閑區(qū)和獨(dú)立書房四個(gè)功能區(qū)，豐富家庭生活需求。

餐廳仍然沿用暖白色調(diào)，餐桌島臺(tái)相結(jié)合，沿窗增設(shè)西廚區(qū)，不算開闊的空間也足夠精致、豐富。
