設計在空間布局上把原建筑規劃中的玄關跟客廳、廚房跟生活陽臺的空間界限打破，模糊了空間界限，豐富業主的活動習慣和生活方式。

溫和的灰色--以灰色作為主色調，以現代的手法表現出沉穩內斂的空間。
