背景交代：這是一個洋房頂層戶型，開發(fā)商在銷售的時候把隔熱層預(yù)留一個小洞口并承諾贈送給雇主后期使用；贈送閣樓的內(nèi)頂異形是屋面四面泄水坡造成，實際面積雖然是100平，但是最高點2.2米的地方只有南向兩開間不足30平，大部分區(qū)域都是人不過直立行走的高度（0.5米-1.3米）；利用率地，采光通風(fēng)差；

雇主：私營主，溫文爾雅，信任度配合度高；

戶型改造：1.保證兩朝南房間，兩衛(wèi)，一備用房；2.拿掉閣樓北面兩開間完全不能進(jìn)去區(qū)域的樓板，讓這個區(qū)域的空間面積轉(zhuǎn)換成一層門廳餐廳的頂部延伸，同時讓閣樓可用區(qū)域跟一層產(chǎn)生關(guān)系，閣樓同時增加一個天窗，增加整個房子的通風(fēng)采光；解放閣樓可用面積后然后再把男主需要的獨立游戲跟試聽區(qū)放在閣樓，周邊相對不可過人區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)化成收納柜跟暗藏儲藏室；
