ATELIERRAW | M Stand 寶山正大樂(lè)城店,上海

項(xiàng)目位于寶山區(qū)正大樂(lè)城內(nèi)部道路的一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角的位置,處在通勤人流往返顧村地鐵站的路徑上。在朝向兩個(gè)道路的立面上各有一個(gè)相隔很遠(yuǎn)的出入口,兩者讓人感知不到其中的關(guān)聯(lián)。


The project, located in a corner of the internal road of Baoshan Touch Mall, is on the path of the busy passenger flow out of the metro station. Each of the two entrances far apart is facing a different road, which makes them lack relevance.

扮家家室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)


室內(nèi)的矛盾在于進(jìn)入主入口即面對(duì)一個(gè)柱子,空間十分局促,如果進(jìn)門(mén)即要轉(zhuǎn)彎會(huì)導(dǎo)致流線過(guò)于曲折。因此我們扭轉(zhuǎn)了場(chǎng)地的軸線,引入斜線的要素,在避開(kāi)障礙的同時(shí)也簡(jiǎn)化了流線。主次入口之間的距離被縮短,顧客在圍繞吧臺(tái)完成點(diǎn)單取單流程即可從次入口離開(kāi)去往地鐵站,從而營(yíng)造了一種縮短路徑的體驗(yàn)。在場(chǎng)地維度上,這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角成為了一種功能性的“近路”。


The problem with indoor space lies in the column at the main entrance, which makes the space rather narrow. We shifted the figure axis, therefore, and introduce diagonal into the plan. It can avoid obstacle effectively and simplify the circulation. By shortening the distance between the two entrance, customers can finish the whole process from order to leave in a shorter path. In terms of plan, the shift is functionally a shortcut.

店面外側(cè)的道路很窄,人群亦是匆匆而過(guò),因此店面的側(cè)面視角相比起正面更為重要。室內(nèi)空間的軸線體現(xiàn)在門(mén)頭上,面向人流來(lái)向。兩種交錯(cuò)的軸線系統(tǒng)在創(chuàng)造出入口灰空間的同時(shí),亦在室內(nèi)創(chuàng)造出令人意外的明亮角落,成為盡端的視覺(jué)焦點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)有軸線和正交軸線之間的空隙包容了后勤、消防、立柱等需要被隱藏起的功能。

The road outside of the project is not wide and the people usually hurry by. Hence, an edge-on fa?ade is easier to capture the attention by customers. These two staggered axis surprisingly create not only gray spaces but also bright corners that served as the most distant visual focus. Meanwhile, the column and the facilities of rear services and fire protection is properly concealed in that kind of interspace.

設(shè)計(jì)案例


立面和室內(nèi)材質(zhì)上大量選用了黑色耐候鋼,與商場(chǎng)復(fù)古又雜亂的石材立面做了切割。頂部的淺色單元模塊在燈光的散射下,反映出一種輕盈的秩序。

The weathering steel is widely used into the fa?ade and interior material. That gives a sharp contrast with the disorganized using of stone materials. And the light-color painting on top slope creates a light sense of order by the light.

通過(guò)M Stand正大樂(lè)城店的種種挑戰(zhàn),RAW architecture希望回歸空間的本體,通過(guò)精確的幾何維度的操作,超越室內(nèi)和立面上單純的裝飾維度,創(chuàng)造一種具有場(chǎng)所意義的空間。

By solving the problems of Touch Mall M Stand, RAW architecture goes back to the essence of space itself and dedicates to create spaces with real meanings by accurate modeling conceiving instead of simply embellishment onto the surface.
