▼該項(xiàng)目是位于上海古北的套房公寓，受屋主委托對(duì)其進(jìn)行全面的翻新改造，高層建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)限制了一部分改動(dòng)空間，我們主要針對(duì)室內(nèi)材質(zhì)和家具布局來進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì)，讓這間舊公寓煥發(fā)新的生機(jī)。

This project is located in Gubei apartment, Shanghai. It was entrusted by the owner to carry out a comprehensive renovation. The structure of high-rise buildings restricts a part of the transformation space. For this reason, we mainly redesigned the interior materials and furniture layout to breathe new life into this old apartment.

▼經(jīng)過重新設(shè)計(jì)的空間整體以柔和的白色營造溫暖的主基調(diào)，局部運(yùn)用富有質(zhì)感的天然材質(zhì)形成對(duì)比度。After redesigned, the main tone of the whole space is to create a warm atmosphere with soft white and natural materials with rich texture are used locally to form a contrast after redesigned.

▼在大面積的留白空間中，運(yùn)用簡(jiǎn)單的線條排序就能形成有趣的立體輪廓。

In a large area of blank space, an interesting three-dimensional outline can be formed by using simple line ordering.

▼沙發(fā)一側(cè)運(yùn)用矮邊柜來陳設(shè)一部分家居飾品，能夠很好的營造出頗具美感的家居氛圍。Low side cabinet is used on the side of the sofa to display some home accessories, which can create a very aesthetic home atmosphere.

▼地面運(yùn)用微水泥地坪漆來達(dá)到無縫覆蓋的效果，使得空間更具純凈感，在這樣的環(huán)境里能更好地突出家具本身的形體之美。

For the achieves the effect of seamless coverage, the ground uses microcement floor paint to make the space more pure and can better highlight the physical beauty of the furniture in this environment.

▼電視懸掛在側(cè)面結(jié)構(gòu)墻上，通過支架可以在客廳和餐廳之間任意變換方向，應(yīng)對(duì)不同的生活情景。

The TV is hung on the side structural wall and the direction can be changed arbitrarily between the living room and the dining room through the bracket to cope with different living situations.

▼過道墻面的材質(zhì)打破墻體邊界，形成穿插的視覺效果，從而加強(qiáng)動(dòng)線的引導(dǎo)作用。

The wall materials of the corridor breaks through the space boundary to form an interspersed visual effect, thus strengthening the guiding role of the moving line.

▼經(jīng)過時(shí)間打磨的中古餐桌，黑黃檀木在光線下散發(fā)出玉潤的質(zhì)感。

The dinning table has been polished over time, and the rosewood is as delicate as jade in the light.

▼為延續(xù)簡(jiǎn)潔的設(shè)計(jì)語言，廚房設(shè)計(jì)采用白色巖板和隱蔽式移門。

In order to continue the minimalist design language, the kitchen is designed with white slate and concealed sliding doors.

▼以錯(cuò)落的陳列架、梳妝桌、衣柜功能組合的衣帽間，成為主臥室的緩沖區(qū)域。The cloakroom combines the functions of display shelves, dressing tables and wardrobes into a buffer area for the master bedroom.

▼地面微水泥材質(zhì)延伸至衣帽間，并以主臥過道為分界線，來區(qū)分動(dòng)靜區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)換。The microcement material extends to the cloakroom on the floor to divides the hallway of the master room to distinguish the transition from the active zone.

▼飄窗一側(cè)的壁龕為原有的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，我們將其保留，做為陣列的陳設(shè)壁龕。The side of the bay window niche is the original building structure, which is retained as the display niche of the array.

▼微水泥具備良好的防水能力，代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的材料，營造渾然一體的空間感。

Microcement has good waterproof ability to instead of traditional materials to create a seamless sense of space.

▼柚木的地板能更好地銜接立面材質(zhì)和家具顏色，拼花的排列方式也更能在光影下呈現(xiàn)豐富的紋理變化。

The teak floor allows for a better connection between the facade material and the color of the furniture, and the parquet arrangement allows for a rich variety of textures in light and shadow.
