設(shè)計(jì)說明基于 “奐”精作日料店的文化屬性，我們希望將空間設(shè)計(jì)與日本傳統(tǒng)元素相融合，以溫暖色調(diào)和復(fù)古美學(xué)，將日本煙火景象帶入餐廳，為用餐者或經(jīng)停者呈現(xiàn)別樣的日式風(fēng)情。期間運(yùn)用了像“白燈籠、粗體毛筆字、木質(zhì)牌匾、日式和瓦、流水石”等日式元素。Based on the cultural attributes of the "Huan" boutique Japanese restaurant, we hope to integrate the space design with traditional Japanese elements, using warm tones and retro aesthetics to bring the Japanese fireworks scene into the restaurant, presenting a unique Japanese style atmosphere for diners or passersby. During this period, Japanese elements such as "white lanterns, bold brush characters, wooden plaques, Japanese tiles, and flowing stones" were used.

在這樣一個(gè)時(shí)代，“玩新”成了不少人的時(shí)髦。然而，在許多想要開一家百年老店的小館，或者一些歷史悠久的品牌中，我們?nèi)匀荒芸吹絺鹘y(tǒng)美食文化的延續(xù)，和這些小館主人對于料理的熱愛。或許，這就是傳承和發(fā)展的真正意義。奐精作日式料理的精神在于還原自然食材本味與匠人文化，在時(shí)代的高速發(fā)展，人心越發(fā)浮躁的當(dāng)下，日料空間被嵌入了強(qiáng)烈的風(fēng)格烙印，卻大多數(shù)只筑其形，未注其魂。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)之中，豐富的物質(zhì)文化讓風(fēng)格的界限越來越模糊，消費(fèi)者需要品牌更具有獨(dú)特的感染力，品牌則需要可延續(xù)的生命力，所以我們重新審視對于空間未來環(huán)境的表達(dá)。In such an era, "playing new" has become a fashion for many people. However, in many small restaurants that want to open a century old store, or some brands with a long history, we can still see the continuation of traditional food culture and the love of these small restaurant owners for cuisine. Perhaps this is the true meaning of inheritance and development.The spirit of Huanjing's Japanese cuisine lies in restoring the original taste of natural ingredients and craftsman culture. With the rapid development of the times and the increasing restlessness of people's hearts, the Japanese cuisine space has been embedded with a strong style imprint, but most of it only builds its form without paying attention to its soul. In modern society, the rich Material culture makes the boundaries of style more and more blurred. Consumers need brands with more unique appeal, and brands need sustainable vitality. Therefore, we re-examine the expression of the future environment of space.

奐精作日料店空間設(shè)計(jì)旨在打造一個(gè)精致、現(xiàn)代的日式餐廳。設(shè)計(jì)師在空間布局上充分考慮到顧客就餐的舒適感，通過合理的動(dòng)線規(guī)劃和空間分隔，讓顧客能夠在舒適的環(huán)境中享用美食，體驗(yàn)日式文化。The space design of Huanjingzuo Japanese Restaurant aims to create an exquisite and modern Japanese restaurant. The designer fully considers the comfort of customers' dining in the spatial layout, and through reasonable movement planning and spatial separation, allows customers to enjoy delicious food and experience Japanese culture in a comfortable environment.

吧臺(tái)背景墻面保留原有磚墻，設(shè)計(jì)PU流水石元素融入其中，流水石表面流水紋路，清新自然，在日料店中運(yùn)用流水石元素可以提供一種自然、舒適的用餐氛圍。讓人在煩憂與壓力之后得到疏解和放松，充分享受美食和環(huán)境帶來的愉悅感。The background wall of the bar retains the original brick wall, and PU flowing stone elements are integrated into it. The surface of the flowing stone has flowing patterns, which are fresh and natural. The use of flowing stone elements in Japanese food stores can provide a natural and comfortable dining atmosphere. It allows people to be relieved and relaxed after worries and pressure, and fully enjoy the pleasure brought by the food and environment.

吧臺(tái)用餐區(qū)的主要顏色是米白色、黑色和木色，色調(diào)和諧統(tǒng)一。使用了居家風(fēng)格的裝飾品和植物，營造出舒適自然的氛圍。桌椅的款式和造型簡約，強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)用性和舒適感。吧臺(tái)的每個(gè)座位上都精心擺放著文藝范兒的餐具，提高了用餐的品質(zhì)感。頂部采用日式和瓦的元素，日式和瓦的元素打造整體建筑美學(xué)的靈感，極簡的美學(xué)建構(gòu)出幽靜淡然的生活。The main colors in the bar dining area are beige, black, and wood, with harmonious and unified tones. The use of home style decorations and plants creates a comfortable and natural atmosphere. The style and design of the tables and chairs are simple, emphasizing practicality and comfort. Each seat at the bar is meticulously decorated with artistic tableware, enhancing the quality of dining. The top adopts Japanese style and tile elements, which create the inspiration of the overall Philosophy of architecture, and the minimalist aesthetics constructs a quiet and indifferent life.

在日料店中設(shè)置燈籠，一方面可以增添日本文化的氛圍和風(fēng)情，讓客人感受到正宗的日本文化氛圍；另一方面，由于燈籠一直被視為祈求幸福和祝福的象征，在空間中掛上燈籠也有帶來好運(yùn)的意義，給客人帶來賓至如歸的感覺，增強(qiáng)客人心理上的滿足感和信任感，進(jìn)而提升客戶體驗(yàn)。此外，燈籠的照明也會(huì)讓整個(gè)空間更加溫馨、柔和，增添用餐的浪漫感和情調(diào)，提高日料店的檔次和吸引力。On the one hand, setting lanterns in the Japanese food store can increase the atmosphere and customs of Culture of Japan, so that guests can feel the authentic atmosphere of Culture of Japan; On the other hand, as lanterns have always been regarded as symbols of praying for happiness and blessings, hanging them in the space also has the meaning of bringing good luck, bringing guests a sense of returning home, enhancing their psychological satisfaction and trust, and thereby enhancing the customer experience. In addition, the lighting of lanterns will also make the entire space more warm and gentle, adding a romantic and emotional atmosphere to dining, and improving the level and attractiveness of Japanese restaurants.
