本案作為一處老宅改造項目，不僅要滿足業主裝潢翻新的要求，更要滿足家中每個成員的“記憶”需求。

由于本案在我們接手時已經經過一定程度的拆解與設計，但業主不是太滿意，為了更好地劃分功能區與風格定位，二合永設計團隊首先要做的就是統一家庭各成員之間的意見。

業主為一家四口，老一輩們對傳統中式情有獨鐘，而年輕的一代又講究現代時尚，二者并非不可調和，二合永設計團隊取新舍舊，去繁求精，以新式流行元素追憶傳統中式情懷，再造人文棲居舒適環境。

項目本身的高挑空既是本案的難點，恰恰也是本案的亮點。

從上圖可知，由大門入口至通往二樓的樓梯，長條形的挑空似一條又高又長的走道，將一樓客廳空間擠壓縮小，給人以局促的感覺。

為了解決這個問題，首先，二合永設計團隊采用大面積天然大理石鋪就電視背景墻，舒緩了空間狹促之感，平添一份清雅質感。

In order to solve this problem, first of all, the Erheyong design team used a large area of natural marble to lay the TV background wall, soothing the sense of space and adding a clean and elegant texture.

其次，為了營造空間的整體性和恢弘氣勢，二合永設計團隊將二樓書房的實體墻打掉（原本是一間封閉的臥室），書房隔斷以美人靠的方式向外擴張一部分，這樣既為一樓客廳附加了面積，加上二樓茶室、書房、走廊三面隔斷鏤空設計，又營造出空間整體開闊大氣的氣勢。

Secondly, in order to create the integrity and grandeur of the space, the Erheyong design team knocked out the physical wall of the second floor study (originally a closed bedroom), and the study partition expanded outwards in a beautiful way. The area is added to the living room on the first floor, and the tea room, the study room and the corridor on the second floor are cut off and designed to create a space that is open to the outside world.
